Buhrich House II
After Studying Hugh Buhrich's Sydney home in ARCH1080 I have developed a strange affinity to the building, probably due to all the small features and choices uncovered through hours of scrutiny.
Set high on the cliffs of Sugarloaf Point, Hugh Buhrich's design utilises bold and subtle elements to formulate a building that compliments its immediate environment, whilst also standing out from it. In fact, the whole building is designed to take advantage of the water views, with its whole north face consisting of floor to ceiling glass windows. Even the roof slants towards the water.
